From Miami, Florida, we often process and send out orders the same business day. All orders ordered before 2:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) during business hours will be dispatched that day. Your order will be dispatched the following business day if it is placed after 2pm. Processing timeframes may vary based on supply and availability. On weekends and US federal holidays, we don't ship. The USPS ships all orders. If you order multiple items, they can arrive in different packages.

Easy Operation

Operating the UNI X is straightforward:

  • Power On/Off: Quickly press the button 5 times to turn the device on or off.
  • Adjust Voltage: Press the button 3 times to cycle through the voltage settings.
  • Preheat Function: Double-click the button to activate the preheat mode; double-click again to stop.

 

 

Cartridge Loading and Charging

To load your cartridge:

  1. Remove the mouthpiece and fill the cartridge with your desired oil.
  2. Secure the magnetic adapter tightly onto the cartridge.
  3. Insert the cartridge into the UNI X; the device’s light will confirm successful attachment by staying on for one full second.

For optimal performance, ensure the UNI X is fully charged before first use. Plug it in for at least two hours initially. Afterward, avoid charging for more than an hour to preserve battery life. The light will switch from red to green when the device is fully charged.

 

 

Safety Features

The UNI X is equipped with essential safety features:

  • Short Circuit Protection: The device will flash red 5 times to indicate a short circuit.
  • Low Battery Warning: The red light will blink 10 times when the battery is low.
