From Miami, Florida, we often process and send out orders the same business day. All orders ordered before 2:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday) during business hours will be dispatched that day. Your order will be dispatched the following business day if it is placed after 2pm. Processing timeframes may vary based on supply and availability. On weekends and US federal holidays, we don't ship. The USPS ships all orders. If you order multiple items, they can arrive in different packages.

We have no control over your shipment once it has left our premises. Orders are sent with confirmation of an adult signature. We advise sending to a place of business or residence where someone who is at least 21 years old can sign for the shipment.
In order to avoid mistakes or shipment delays, it is the customer's obligation to ensure that the address information—including the city, state, and zip code—is accurate. Once the order has been sent for shipping, the customer's shipping address cannot be modified. Before submitting an order, consumers must review their shipping information.
